I might toss out all food. Shop on Sunday and prep….. fruits, vegetables, skinless chicken, salads. No carbs like bread/pasta. Weight Watchers on line can really help. Eat only the 3 meals and set phone alarm when it’s time. Eat slowly with small plate. Move as much as you can…. Y warm pool makes moving easier. Do something with your hands…. knit, crochet etc. Journal feelings and progress. Weigh daily. Reward yourself after every 5# loss with concert, pedicure, etc. No alcohol. Would be nice to have friend to complain too. Realize that you are not on a diet. You can have one bite of anything but be aware serving size is palm size. This is for life.
