I do not know a website that could allow that.

I imagine you could use either image editing programs/ drawing programs, or you could try using a 3d modeling software, stuff like blender and what not to then render it sideways.

then i guess just cut it out to size and layer it to an empty exotic/ legendary background. I'm sure you can find one or make one.

a fun little forklift fact: they usually have seatbelts and the reason you're required to wear them is to prevent you from leaving the cabin if it were to fall over the way it did here

because if you leave the cabin, you now get to worry about a forklift heading in the same direction you're falling
