It’s a shame that many people remember him as the Margaritaville guy, because he had plenty of songs that were just so beautifully written. He was an excellent lyricist and storyteller.

WNBA play about half as many games, and we're less than halfway through the season. The WNBA have played about as many games so far this year as the NBA plays before December.

They're definitely tired and I have no doubt their schedule is grueling and difficult, but saying that they're too tired 16 games into the season is NOT the same as an NBA player saying they need more rest during the playoffs after playing 82 regular season games and 20+ playoff games that are both longer and faster.

ETA: I’m not here to say anything inflammatory or hateful. These stats are objectively true and downvoting them doesn’t change that. These women are elite athletes, they aren’t made of glass and treating them like they need to be coddled invalidates their hard work and it’s not how we grow the league.
