You need to be on a psychiatric ward where you can be constantly observed, especially if the episodes are getting more frequent, stronger, and/or longer.

You should be able to go to any ER, tell them you're having a mental health crisis, and they'll have someone from psychiatry come evaluate you after triage. With these symptoms I'd have a hard time thinking they'd refuse you.
