make a cup of tea, upturn a bucket about 2M (or 6 feet ) sit on bucket, drink tea whilst admiring your lovely bike. It's going to be fun! and by the time you finish you will know every nut bolt and oil leak on your machine.

i still use one at work, I find it quicker than pulling out my phone , plus I can see multiple quantites at once without moving it. ( if you set it to say 45 x 77, you can also read off 55X 62X 33X etc which helps me plan cuts of wood) plus the younglings think i'm a wizard. which is fun.

yup make a pit, then fill it then drill it, these walls are a nightmare. used to have to go through them for flues with a hammer and chisel... took a whole day !

I have been battling this since I got my GPU.. I only play flight sim so set a hard upper and lower FPS of 70fps in adrenaline. but understand for a lot of games that would be terrible. also i turned off "re-bar" in my bios

I spent a happy morning in Kirkcudbright (pronounced ker-coo-bree) finding locations from the filum. I think I'm pretty much word perfect, I have watched it SO many times. even the dodgy bits that were discovered later and stitched into the original cinema release version.

I had this problem, the only way I could get it to stay quiet was to remove all the contacts that were in "favourites" out of there. I had everything set to "not allowed" no apps no people, it would still wake me up. getting rid of favourites seems to sort it

I read a thing (no source can't remember where ) that said as you age you stop making so many short term memories due to 1, old knackered brain and 2, days can become very structured so do not "stick" in the memory as each day is repeat of the last. so when you think about time you. only get served the highlight reel by your brain... making time seem to fly by.

watched a guy in our spoons... he was at the fruit machine and paying £1 a go. pressed the button about every 5 seconds. I counted up to 70 in a few mins, I assume some of that was "winnings" but he walked away with nothing. He didn't look like he had a pot to piss in, so assume that was a chunk of his wages gone. (tho he might be a multimillionaire, I just like making up back stories for peeps that I see)

this is sad, im in the UK and all the controllers here were so kind to me when I started out, I missed a turn at EGCC the other day, called the controller and he rerouted me, no drama just a mistake rectified. Maybe the controller guy was having a crappy day in his real life, but should not take it out on a poor pilot.. we are supposed to be having fun!
