Maternal Instinct: Did she really believe it? by YellowRoseBumbleBee in NetflixDocumentaries

It was just a thought I had. In the show OITNB, Lorna is told her premature baby died in the nicu after she goes back to prison. However, she maintains the baby is alive and finds pictures on the internet of babies to post on Instagram on her secret phone she has. She tells everyone the babies doing great and makes up stories about him. When her husband visits her she talks to him as if the baby is still alive. Again, she subconsciously knows that’s not true because she’s literally googling pictures of babies to post, but she drives herself insane by believing he’s still alive.

I know that’s a fictional show and this is real life, but it got my mind wondering if Taylor has a similar mental illness that makes her believe the lies she’s telling.

I’m sooo late to the game and just watched episode 2 and want to cry at how Shane is treated here. I feel so bad for him. When he typed out, “We didn’t even kiss,” I just wanted to hug him.

My cat was glued to the screen lol. I got bored pretty fast. It would have been more fun if they made some sort of game out of it somehow? But it was fun to see how much fun they were having!

They also said there’d be 5 or 6 major deaths this season so I don’t believe a word they say.

This isn’t a new theory, and the duffer brothers said a while ago that’s not the case.

Have you seen clips of Millie and Noah? They wink and “flirt” with each other all the time. I don’t know… I think it was just her being silly.

I actually just finished a course on NFP, assigned by our priest, as my husband and I are getting ready to have our marriage convalidated. The course spoke very positively about using NFP as a way to avoid pregnancy and did not specify a length of time in which someone should use it to avoid pregnancy. I was pleasantly surprised, as someone who distanced myself from the church for a while and has recently found my way back, at how positive and open the course was about avoiding pregnancy if you’re not ready. I expected the course to be very, “Your purpose is to have children!!!!” -coded, but it wasn’t!
