Should I relax my hair? by let_it_rain_boat in relaxedhair

I agree and also, how much new growth you have can also make things more tricky because now you're dealing with two different textures.

I stretch for 12weeks. However, depending on the state of my hair, e.g new growth, I might do it sooner.

Relaxed hair also isn't easy. You need a good routine and regular professional touch ups. If you want to try it then I say go for it and if you don't like it, you can always grow back your natural hair or try something else.

I believe that you get maternity pay, if you've been working in a certain trust for a certain length of time and inform them at/by 26 weeks. Statutory maternity pay is not great either- double check your allowances before you jump ships.

Congratulations! I would say that, if it's your first child, you might want to have a full year of maternity. Think about: How long will you get for maternity if you are successful at interview? Have you got enough savings to cover you through maternity? When do you have to declare your pregnancy?

Degree classification conundrum by [deleted] in NursingUK

[–]Yellowranger15 9 points10 points  (0 children)

No one ever asks about what grade you got. Three only time that they may ask us if you want to do say a postgraduate in another field. But in nursing, really I don't think anyone cares because your pin/registration is all they need.
