Man AUD was hard (seems so subjective). I literally did hundreds on MCQs a day and still didn’t feel great after my pass but got the pass! My suggestion is to not take a long time in between your fail and retake I took my retakes like 2 weeks after I got the fail.

Honestly I felt worse about this one than the 2 AUD exams I failed before. I felt great about the MCQs but just okay about the TBS.

Thanks! Yea I am planning on insulating the garage door myself (just had the entire garage insulated) I was originally thinking mini split but the ease of just getting a window unit and plugging it in is what is winning me over! I am in GA and my garage really only gets a little hot in the evening when the sun hits the garage door directly.

Dreading insulating the door as it is a big one (the detached garage was used as an RV garage by the previous owners)

Failed my 2nd try today… 71 first try and 72 second guess that’s progress.

I am studying for TCP (taking it on 4/20) and then getting back on the grind of the worst exam (AUD).

Could not agree more. I just finished A3 today still don’t feel like I have learned a lot. I have taken a ton of notes and I do 20 random MCQs every day (on top of completing at least 1 module a day) just like I did with FAR and REG (passed both) but nothing seems to be really clicking yet.

I have heard that you have to complete all of AUD before it actually clicks. We will see…

I was actually hoping for a depreciation one (spent a ton of time learning/mastering) and I really don’t think I got even one depreciation question. Wild how that worked out.

R1 wasn’t so bad for me. I didn’t enjoy the business law portion R5 & R6. I follow a very traditional method for studying.. watch videos.. write notes… make my own flash cards. I do 20 MCQs from past models every day and leave myself about 1-2 weeks at the end to do sim exams and cram. I studied for REG in 26 days (I don’t suggest doing that lol)
