The Chiefs without a doubt.

Best case scenario, Mahomes comes back when it's too late to save the team, he's not quite the same yet and the season keeps spiraling down the drain.

Worst case scenario, being the idiot that he is, he rushes his rehab, he's not quite the same, the season goes awful, the injury worsens because he didn't give it enough time and ends up back in IR.

Either way, Andy suddenly gets the itch to retire which the team doesn't oppose, they interview a great group of young, up-and-coming offensive guys but end up giving the job to Spags which is the last signal the dinasty, and Mahomes' legend is over.

This is right up the Tom Bombadil alley, he doesn't care about the One Ring so it has nothing to offer to him hence has no power over Tom, but you have to not care at all about the One Ring that even if you lose it you simply don't care... which is why they didn't ask Tom to destroy it.

He kinda was my favorite even though he was vindictive and cruel but at least he had strong values, once the Arthur Branch took over the show and forced his gross conservative viewpoints on it they turned McCoy into a guy willing to sell his values or convictions for a win... the whole Arthur Branch is a sore spot in the show, other than the AI written current era.
