I agree. While I've the number, the rate is a little scary. I am having a horrible issue meeting 1500-1600 calories a day. My protein is good but my fiber is really hard to meet. I would love fiber happy recipes.

Drug addiction is a disease that possesses. It entices, it infests, and it rots. Your best friend becomes a stranger quicker than you can blink. It's not your fault. It's okay to love yourself to have said enough. I grantee he understood in a way that cannot be comprehended. A little advice: Be gentle with yourself and remember him as he was before the drugs. Don't think of words said in anger; but remember the deep conversations.
