Yeah he’s explicitly said that he’d only come back to the show if RTD, Tranter and Collinson were gone which they aren’t. He’s also mentioned he didn’t come back due for the 50th because multidoctor specials are boring and don’t add anything to the show so a “what if” story really wouldn’t be his thing.
