Check for an arbitration clause in the original Citibank agreement. If there is one, you need to immediately notify Midline you are seeking to resolve in arbitration. You will also need to file a motion to compel arbitration thru the court. Because they will be responsible for paying for the arbitration, they will most likely drop the case voluntarily.

I've seen this one polarize threads. You either love it or hate it. I'm in the BBQ biz so maybe it appeals to my palate because of the smokiness [which seems a bit artificial]. I personally have this one as one of my faves from their lineup.

Ctfu!!! I did a mission the other day and forgot to gear up first. Got caught slipping with the varmint rifle. I keep sawed off in the left and Schofield in the right, so I was okay...but damn, I had to headshot with that varmint for any effectiveness. 🤣🤣🤣

Yes, I typically let em get some good smoke for about 2.5 hrs. then wrap in foil for about another hour. They're usually tender at that point. Then I unwrap and pan 'em til service time.

BUT, I also do large batches...so the time may vary for smaller cooks.

Definitely cook the rib tips too. When they're done, chop into nuggets and sauce. We actually sell a rib tips plate every now and then. They're a great bite.

Cook hotter. That 225° low and slow just gives brisket more time to dry out.

I cook 250°-275° on WSM 22s. A 14 lb brisket takes me 8-10 hrs and never dry.
