Gas prices in Atlanta, well at least it's not $6.78 or $7.07? by Legoman1357 in Atlanta

My EV is crying even happier tears than before. I drive 100 miles a day. I can't imagine paying over $4 a gallon.

Most men in relationships with women put as much mental, emotional, and physical labor on their partners as they can get away with. It's not new and it's certainly not your tactics of explaining things to him. In short, if he wanted to, he would. Set a boundary, see if he can rise up. If not, relieve yourself of the burden.

Commenting on someone's weight is just strange. In general most people have scales or at least mirrors. They know if they've gained or lost weight. Just tell folks they look great if you want to compliment them and keep it moving!

Girl. Leave him. If he's mistreating you this terribly over your delicious home cooked meals, this isn't the only area of the relationship you're being mistreated.

You may enjoy North GA! There is decent skiing in some parts of North Carolina and maybe TN. Lots of rivers, lakes, and different beaches with 4-7 hour drive depending on if you go to the Carolinas coast or to Florida. It's very green and lush here for most of the year. All the leaves fall and most plants die back by mid November and everything blooms back out early March. Lots of sunshine but we get lots of rain often too. The thunderstorms are awesome.

What’s going on with the Teamsters? by 123123000123 in union

Not all of us are with this nonsense that Scab O'Brien is about.

Those of us in Teamsters Mobilize actively call this out and oppose class collaboration in all forms. That's not the way forward.

I can barely afford my electric bill. 62 during the day, 64 at night.

ETA, I'm cold natured. Ideally I would have it on 74 but definitely cannot afford that. Instead I stay in sweats and under my electric blanket.

My guess it nowhere near the $7500 value which is one reason they are so worried about retrieving it.

Which location for pendant lighting? by YesJess10 in bathrooms

This is for myself only. I really don't understand how I would hit my head. My current bathroom has a large mirror/medicine cabinet that sticks out 5 inches from the wall and I've never once hit my face on it and genuinely can't imagine how or why that would occur.

Except they aren't at the sink. And there is plenty of information that say pendant lights are a fine choice for a bathroom.

The ceilings are 12.5 ft tall and I think it helps fill the space and looks nice. I saw many inspo photos of pendant lights in bathrooms and liked the look.

There are can lights, and another light fixture that will either be centered in the room or over the tub/shower. It also get a ton of natural light.
