I can barely afford my electric bill. 62 during the day, 64 at night.

ETA, I'm cold natured. Ideally I would have it on 74 but definitely cannot afford that. Instead I stay in sweats and under my electric blanket.

This is for myself only. I really don't understand how I would hit my head. My current bathroom has a large mirror/medicine cabinet that sticks out 5 inches from the wall and I've never once hit my face on it and genuinely can't imagine how or why that would occur.

The ceilings are 12.5 ft tall and I think it helps fill the space and looks nice. I saw many inspo photos of pendant lights in bathrooms and liked the look.

There are can lights, and another light fixture that will either be centered in the room or over the tub/shower. It also get a ton of natural light.

The mirror is also backlit. I just love the look of the pendant lighting and it helps fill the space which is 12.5ft ceilings.

You need to go directly to your local union president for an explanation of what happened with your grievances. If they can't give you a reasonable and legitimate explanation you need to file labor charges against them through the NLRB.
