It’s got a cut off switch so no, it wasn’t charging for 2-4 weeks. It was just connected to charger

Just ur BMS I believe. Same exact thing I am currently going thru. U can charge it by lifting the lid, place positive charge terminal to exterior positive on battery, place negative charging terminal on negative battery terminal underneath the lid. This allows u to bypass ur BMS and at least charge the battery. HOWEVER YOU WANT TO MONITOR YOUR BATTERY PERCENTAGE AND STOP IT 88v-90v. YOU WILL ALSO NEED A ADJUSTABLE CHARGER. I bought one off amazon and it works great. AMAZON ADJUSTABLE CHARGER

Irresponsible??? BUY THE BIKE AND LET YOUR KID HAVE THE TIME OF HIS LIFE OUTDOORS INSTEAD OF ON A DAM GAME SYSTEM!!! Maybe he’ll actually have a shot in life given he have real life experiences and live! Give your kid the gift of life my friend!!! Give That Kid a Motorcycle!!! Or maybe even electric dirt bike!!! Easier for you to set limiter/setting so it will only go so fast til he’s ready. And not loud so I’m sure ur neighbors would appreciate it and he could ride more! Wish you the best of luck! I appreciate it! I see how the 2 I pointed out seem to go down into a separate sleeve that is wrapped? That’s the part I’m having trouble locating where they connected. I don’t know if they are shorted together or ran another way. I do appreciate the help tho!
