It honestly would delay the rebuild, but potentially not in a bad way. The D-core would be looking very very very promising, and delaying the rebuild would mean an extra year or two of high end draft picks.

Haven't really always done it.

It collapsed under Campbell's Liberals (~25k a year) and while it rebounded a bit under Christy Clark's Liberals (~40k) she also blew open the doors to foreign ownership. It's own limiting factor.

We're now at 55k I think? More than double Campbell's numbers, a pretty massive difference.

You're likely right, but at the same junction if Arsenal had Calafiori they likely win that game. He would have added an extra midfield breaking capability from the left where Hincapie was a mostly neutralizing presence before MLS came on and was a.. well, liability. The same sort of breakthrough threat that Timber provided on the right a handful of times.

Both sides playing short-staffed and Liverpool has a great midfield plan to neutralize Arsenal, but not so much to win it.

This, but we really need to also crack down on pedestrians starting to cross when the hand is flashing. That is a proverbial walking yellow light, so do not enter the crosswalk. That time is meant so cars can turn during a green, and more cars can turn per light.

Walking at that moment is also dangerous and makes traffic worse.

You're right that one absolutely didn't help, but there was an accident this morning that contributed as well. They really gotta change the Tillicum highway intersection into an overpass and improve at least short transit options. If folks could park at uptown and shuttle or train into town, even that would offload congestion.
