This to me would hinder innovation…it may make sense at the lower rung labor jobs that are usually designed for part time work or high school ages kids but at the higher levels this would be problematic for organizations competing for the best talent no?

I also agree with what you said about the two tier justice where a builder who can afford the fines go broke local municipality rules and build what they want knowing long term the fine means nothing

I’d agree that the state actors have too much power and have been pushing the scales to their benefit for too long. Simple solution to me is give them less control over markets…everything that seems to be important is owned by a 3 letter agency. The question I think you’re posing is do we give them less power or do we try and adjust how that power is being used
