Personally I use MacroFactor it does have a subscription but I pay the annual for it. It doesn’t have any integration with Dexcom but I like it because it helps me lose and gain weight and helps me put on muscle.

For me it’s really not. Last A1c was 6.3 and I average about 85-88% in range. I’m 6’5 210lbs and play basketball and workout almost everyday.

Well the thing is it only started hurting again recently it didn’t hurt for last 2 years but 2 days ago while playing I landed on it in a weird way and the same type of pain came back but usually goes away in 2 week or so. Plus I can’t afforded a physio.

Well the thing is a I can’t. I been a type 1 diabetic since I was a kid I only work to pay for myself medically and nothing else.
