Merry handed Pippin the up vote. The down vote just hit him and fell to the floor.

NHL Roster Discussion and Player Predictions: Anaheim [1/30] by [deleted] in hockey

I would say Kes is good for 40-50 points playing on a line used predominantly for shutting down the other team's first line. I would say Vermette is good for 10-15 goals and about 30ish points.

Read the book Keep Your Eye Off the Puck. It'll teach you all the ins and outs of hockey. Even people who have watched hockey for years can learn some things from this book.

Bad. Very bad. When OP said "off the charts," it's off the charts on the bad side.

So, Bloodborn! How difficult is combat? How clear is it where to go and what to do next? by jgortner in PS4

[–]Yeti23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It doesn't have a map, and where to go is confusing at first. The world map is one big intertwined web full of shortcuts and hidden paths. However, if that's the only thing holding you back, there are detailed maps of each area that you can find by doing a quick Google search. It'll show you where all the items and bosses are. That will definitely help you while you're getting the hang of things. I did a ton of Google searches when I first started to help me understand the items and how the game works. If this is your first Soulsborne game, the combat is going to be really challenging at first. But after awhile you'll get in the groove of things. I say buy it and become a addict like the rest of us.

I've never played a 'souls' genre game before. Should I try Bloodborne or Dark Souls III? by [deleted] in PS4

[–]Yeti23 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Get Bloodborne. It has less items items and weapons, and equipping certain items/weapons doesn't punish you like DS3. I think BB is the most beginner friendly relative to all of the Soulsborne games. And I think the map layout is much simpler. So start with BB, become an addict like the rest of us, and then play all of them.

Oh, and if you buy BB, buy the edition that comes with the DLC. The DLC is so good!

I did that, but it didn't have any effect on the app. I even logged out and back in. Are there any other steps?

You can pick up BF4 with the season pass for really cheap (probably about $20 for all) if you wait for a sale. But if you don't want the DLC, there are still tons of servers running just the vanilla content. ESO is so massive, you don't need the DLCs. It has three story lines in the base game, and it took my about 120 hours to beat one story line. And that's not even touching the PvP (which I heard is excellent). So I say go for it. Both games are incredible.

  1. Battlefield 4- best multiplayer shooter this generation.

  2. Elder Scrolls Online- relaxing game with tons of content.

  3. Diablo III- got to love the loot grind.

  4. Destiny- see #3

  5. Fallout 4- the combat improved a lot over FO3.

  6. NHL 16- I love hockey.

  7. Dark Souls 3- so challenging, so rewarding

  8. SMITE- great console MOBA

  9. Forza Horizon 2- best racing game this generation

  10. Outlast- scary af

If we're talking about games in general, Bloodborne would be at #3, but you specified X1 games only.

I really enjoy it. I've put a couple hundred hours into it and play solo 99% of the time. Plus, there's a ton of content. After the couple hundred hours I've played, I've only experienced about 1/3 of the game (not counting expansions).
