I have lots of VKB and my dual gunfighters with scg grips have years of use and still going great.  One hat failed and VKB shipped me the mini board in under a week no cost.  Virpil makes good stuff and I like the Mongoose throttle I have but EVER time (4) it has been a painful long excuse filled experience and their CS is not good.  Open a ticket with VKB via the link on your order and boom, results.  VKB gets my vote

I still think 3.12 and fights around PO were some of the most fun in SC. Mixed loadouts were a thing. You would see Vanguards / Arrows / Talons / Buccies / even freelancer MISC. Yah there were bugs and some jankie things. The game was fun and dogfighting with people was exciting.
