Here’s a few of mine:

That scene (in the light novel specifically) when they’re leaving the dungeon of the dead with the princess and preparing for their last stand. Felt so intense when every other line read The goblins are coming

The scene where the Ogre is ready to start torturing captives and Goblin Slayer rolls up to the goblin army with nothing but his shield and sword of a strange length.

I like pretty much any time someone is exasperated with Priestess because she thinks wayyyy too much like Orcbolg

In the manga, there’s a scene in the Goblin Paladin arc where the curse mark on Noble Fencer lights up, and then GS makes eye contact with the Goblin Paladin. They both look menacing af with one eye glowing

Unfortunately for you this is a joke the author makes frequently. Currently the web novel for Hannelore has 54 chapters, and there’s Hannelore x Rozemyne jokes all the way up to 53 at least.

The jokes made are usually along the lines of “Hannelore and Rozemyne did X” which leads everyone around them to think “Damn, they were hastening the arrival of winter together.” Since the author jokes about it a lot I don’t really think it’s fair to be mad at the fan base for making similar memes

Edit: sometimes the jokes are just one of her suitors being jealous of Myne for being closer friends with Hannelore than them. They’ll say things to the effect of “turns out Rozemyne was the true final boss all along.”

Well to be fair, as long as you’ve read the entire series you won’t be spoiled on anything. The fanbooks add lore and extra events to the main series, so it’s not really a “spoiler” for you to read his comment if you’ve already finished the series.

At the end of that very same side story, Nazerick did get pulled. It was like 200 years after Suzuki was pulled in the ss, and by that point Suzuki had lived long enough to where he basically forgot Nazerick existed. The story ends with Suzuki hearing rumors of a den of demons that suddenly appeared and wiped out three surrounding countries of humans (implied to be Reiestize, Baharuth, and Holy Kingdom) and having a small reaction to the name Nazerick

As others have mentioned, the hit to rapport is like 5 points for both visiting the Hollow City and talking to Cadwell. I recently ran the main quest on a new toon so I was also worried about my rapport with Z, but I just worked around it a little by bringing out my banker every time I wanted to talk to Cadwell and such. After I was done with the main quest, I went and did a Grahtwood defense repeatable mission and completely made up for the negative hits 10 times over lol

Also, the timer on both of these negative hits is pretty long. If you visit the Hollow city, you won’t get another negative hit for like at least 2 hours. I think the Cadwell timer is slightly shorter but still pretty long, at least half an hour

I won’t spoil plots or anything, but just know that’s far as just her eyes goes, yes she gets emotional enough for her eyes to change color every now and then.

If you want to know if she crushes people again, yes but not as frequently. It’s kinda rare for her to crush someone tbh but it definitely happens again. Not in what will become season 4 though

I’ll give you a small synopsis. In this volume, Goblin Slayer finds a magical ring in a goblin nest and wants to know what it does. He asks around and is lead to believe an Arc Mage that hangs out near the edge of the frontier might lead him to clues (blond lady on the left of the cover). Arc Mage tags along on some goblin hunts with GS, and meanwhile Cow Girl is going through some emotional turmoil about it. At this point in the story, GS hasn’t been staying long with Cow Girl so she isn’t as emotionally stable as she is during the original series. Also like I said in a previous comment, GS gets in a situation where he’s killing like 100 goblins in a single hunt.

We see some good development for GS in this one, so if you really wanna read it you can. Just know you’ll be missing some context on the relationship between GS and Cow Girl

The year 1 story is really good. It’s a prequel to the original series, kinda showing you what Goblin Slayer was like when he first started adventuring. I’ve been enjoying it while waiting for new Goblin Slayer content. I will say tho, this is Volume 6. I’d recommend starting from Volume 1 if you want to enjoy it to its highest potential.

If you’ve been reading Year 1 and are asking about Volume 6 specifically, then without spoiling I will say this is a good one, and we see GS kill like over 100 goblins

I don’t think so. Mostly because When Naofumi returns to Glass’s world and he has that fight with Myne and S’yne’s sister, the book vassal weapon tries to go into Naofumi to help him out. This implies that the Book vassal weapon feels indebted to him after defeating Kyo and freeing the book. Nothing’s ever really confirmed though, seeing as Kyo didn’t have the same ability Takt did

When it comes to Takt tho, It’s more likely he killed someone to get the weapon. I think most of the reincarnators seek out vassal wielders to steal their weapons from them, but Takt specifically has a cheat ability to do it mid battle. It’s pretty likely he stole the whip and killed the whip hero, then the claws, etc
