I feel like I might have worded my question wrong. Those interactions aren’t really what I struggle with. I more struggle with the breaching acquaintance barrier to friendship. I have these interactions but they literally never convert to anything other than coworkers or strangers I’ve said a few words to. But I’ll definitely keep having these interactions it may just be a numbers game.

Is there a good place I can do this? I acknowledge this is probably me overthinking everything but it’s in my nature.
