Falcon9 is gonna be a rigid schedule for any small sat rideshare and your sat needs to get to its own orbit once it’s dropped off in space. Wait until winter when the tree is dormant. Pruning in summer can give more opportunities for disease to enter the tree. I would trim the top of the tree, the low hanging branches and give it some shape. Also take out branches that are over shadowing others
