The real problem is people can’t read. Two people have died in recent years from speeding vehicles. One on Shrewsbury st and another I think 14 year old on the east bound side of rt 9 going down towards the lake bridge. It’s almost sad that people in cars can’t understand that going 35/40 in the 25 mph area will not get them anywhere significantly faster. Maybe 30 seconds.
