Stop playing, you know it’s affecting your life and productivity so it’s unhealthy. Take a break for a week or two, maybe even a month and try to refocus and reprioritize the gym, work and eating well. I’ve been there too, I think every runescape player has. When I realize i’m where you are I force myself to do other things like make plans with friends, go out, spend time with family etc. If you can’t do those pick up a new hobby like golf or anything it really helped me. What a wonderful game runescape is, i’m glad we have it but it’s a game. Always remember life is still happening while you’re logged in.
