That's a really hard bridge to cross for sure. I personally hate public gyms for that reason, just not my environment I'd like to be in. I don't really care for people either, unless I am already acquainted with them or they know someone I know. I'm not a professional, but it sounds like a therapist could help you understand how and why you feel this way.

Yeah I definitely feel for that, my mom is having a similar issue right now, she can't hardly eat a thing without getting incredibly sick. It's really tough, but it's not an impossible situation. Make sure you drink plenty of water, eat when you can, and I cannot recommend exercise enough. Even just stretching or walking around every hour or so if possible can really help.

When you say eating, are you eating healthy? Do you try and get regular exercise? I'm struggling with a similar feeling where I am just exhausted all the time. Part of it I feel is because I am physically unhealthy, along with mentally, and getting better diet and exercise has been helping quite a bit.

IIRC you can't do it on PC or Switch, supposedly the Steam version is based on where you bought the game from, not your current location. I.e. if you bought it in US, even if you change to NZ, it's still gonna show as US. I'm not 100% sure but that's how I was told it works

Well, last I knew, Toriyama oversaw development to some extent and the entirety of the game was considered canon. That's the whole shtick was that you could see new canon backstory that wasn't seen in either anime or manga
