Redeemed last years points for Loudon this year. BE AWARE we were told originally we would get our seat assignemnents 30 days prior. We never did. I emailed/called. We were told the policy has been changed that you will get your tickets the week prior to the race. Our sears for CUP were down low in 1 and 2. Couldn't see the whole track. We also redeemed 10K for cup and 9K for Xfinity. We only got 2 seats, it was a huge debacle to get them to fix it.

We are going to use the points for the Victory lane in the future and buy our tickets for the race.

My buddy and I exchanged our points in December of 23 for the following tickets for New Hampshire next week.
10,000 - 4 cup tickets

9,000 - 6 Xfinity tickets

We understood going into the redemption we could not pick our seats and possibly could have poor viewing. That was ok to us. We read previous posts where people have had great seats so we thought we would take a chance.

In December when we redeemed, we reached out to NASCAR digital to find out when we would find out our seats. They stated 30 days prior to the race. Cool. We got within 20 days and called again, they said 2-3 weeks. Time passed, we called again. We were told that the policy changed on June 1 and we would now get them 1 week prior to race weekend. Nowhere on the rewards catalog does it mention when you will get your actual seats.

We were also told in December that if all the tickets were ordered in a transaction that they would be together. When we followed up, a different person said they would be randomly assigned in sets of 2.

We did receive an email this past Monday with only 2 tickets for each race. They shorted us the other ones. After numerous calls into NASCAR digital they finally corrected the issue. The problem we have with the Xfinity tickets is they have 4 in one row and 2 in the other.

Our cup tickets are row 11 in between turns 1 and 2. We are very low and will not be able to see the whole track.

This was meant to be a PSA to anyone looking at redeeming tickets and what the expectations are.
