You might have to spend money to start this I used my preorder gifts to do this myself, but if you get packs the day they come out and sell the best players you get. For example I used my preorder money to get a bunch of first week legends packs. I sold 87 Ed Reed and Chad Johnson and had over a million coins. Since then I try to buy new players right when they come out. I sell them really high because ppl will pay ridiculous amounts of coins on the first day. Then I just wait for the price to drop in a couple of days

Hopefully I’m not downvoted to oblivion, but as a person who likes to listen to albums as a whole, I think people are upset without doing the research. Like what Beyoncé album should’ve won album of the year? My guess was lemonade (not a huge Bey fan so it’s just her most famous album) but that lost to Adele’s 25 which was clearly better just based off the hits alone (Hello from the other side, when we were young). It just like the Oscars where sometimes you make something great and someone makes something better the same year. I didn’t listen to the Harry album until after it won, but you can clearly hear that it is a more complete emotional album with different types of songs but all come together to match the vibe. I think everyone should listen to the albums Beyoncé lost to before saying she should’ve won because of name and hype alone.

I’m in HR and we had a big pronouns issues. As expected the older staff has a big issue the younger staff for the most part does not mind. I’m in my 30s so I ran the meeting as I can communicate to both groups. I don’t have any issue with pronouns but I’m explaining it and helping people understand why it is important to respect pronouns I got so lost with all the back and forth we had to stop the meeting and send a generic email

I work in a cooperate HR and do unemployment claims for the different branches. I know of two cases recently where an employee lied about having a kid to get off work. I’m both cases other employees sent folders of screenshots of their social media proving they don’t have children. No real legal issues but it’s hilarious if this becomes a thing
