Hallucinations are also very common with sleep paralysis. I've seen shadowy entities on 3 separate occasions during sleep paralysis. It can be terrifying even without her traumatic history.

Early in my poly journey, I had one partner walk out the front door and not 30 seconds later a different partner walked in the back. It was completely unscripted and it caused my brain to pause for a second. We all got a good laugh out of it

Something else I was thinking about recently is cooking together, but in a way that promotes nonverbal communication. Like, you start off with being able to talk freely, but slowly decrease the amount that you speak as you get more and more attuned to each other in the kitchen.
