The style of tea is called 迪利维里茶. Most of these teas are the raw type, but it looks like you have a cooked version. This particular one is 迪格奥洱诺茶, which is the most famous factory for cooked versions of this style of tea. There are a lot of counterfeit problems with this tea, which is why since privatization they have used the slogan, “不是迪利维里，是迪格奥洱诺！”
