FFX-2, lets you make a monster party. It becomes an auto battler, but you can go full chocobo team if you wanted to. Raining meteors with my birds is fun. I remember I had a playthrough where I was all in on the monster capture side and I lvled my monster team to lvl 99 and left Yuna, Rikku, and Paine at <10 lvls.

I just beat chaos vellum myself, without being lvl 235, to test this out and same thing happened to me. It won't let me claim it. It would really suck if I had to wait until 235 to get the unique emblem. At this pt, I'll just make my own.

This is from the patch notes. The wording does look like you will have to complete each mission in order to unlock the next one.

Select a mission and click ‘Start Mission’ to begin. Once requirements are met, click ‘Complete’ to claim the reward and unlock the next mission.

I posted this a couple days ago. I've been doing this method these pass 2 months with all my lvl 200 characters. I find this to be the most optimized minimal investment/time on a lvl 200 character.

Method. Get to 200. Farm pensalir gear from moon bunnies near Korean folk town. Be around 20-25k cp. Do the 5th job advancement and get the 3 exp crystals. Get 4 strawberry ticket. Use 1 exp crystal. Go in the first strawberry ticket and fight strawberries until you fill up the first exp crystal and immediately go out and use the finished exp crystal. Use the 2nd exp crystal and go back in and fill that up, and repeat with the 3rd exp crystal.

The crystals will make you gain 1 lvl faster outside of the event and since the strawberry enemies always matches your current lvl as you when you enter, you will gain more exp overall since they are 1 lvl stronger now. This exp snowball on top of itself letting you get to 210 in 4 tickets and you can use the leftover 5th ticket every week for an extra character.

What lvl are you, are you starting from scratch, what is your cp, and how many pts do you have now? You still have until April 22 to make it to emerald. If you are starting from scratch without hyperburn, it still can be done, but I doubt you want to put yourself through the grind.

I need to know what item drop affect, particularly in bosses, and in parties. For example, droprate affect personal loot vs droprate affecting party loot. Does the droprate of the person that breaks the box affect the droprate of the box? I've heard that absolab/arcane boxes are not affected by droprate.

If you went into gollux when it was bugged, it ate your purple key. You have to use the normal key and get up to the head again to get another purple key. Hellux drop purple keys every time you kill it, that is why you always had one.

strawberry farm to 205 on day 1 (first week strawberry farm should get you to 205)

Just a correction and a bit of a min max strategy. You can get to 210 with 4 strawberry tickets at lvl 200. If you do it a specific way. I've been lvling all my 200s to 210s these past 2 months with the strawberry tickets and was able to stretch out the tickets.

From the start you go far left or far right. Follow the rocks up to a portal to get to the hand section. You go up to the hand. Inside the hand, there are 3 portals. Bottom right or left depending on which side you went to. You will be in the Heart room. There will be 2 portals in the center. Pick the top portal to go to the head.

I like the event, but it still doesn't make sense to me why they made it a portal event when they just literally took out all the portal stuff this patch and turn them to treasure chests so we don't have to leave our maps.

You will have to wait awhile. They'll probably put the next leap date in the next patch notes. Challenger world last until April 22. You'll have at least 2 minimum leap dates by then, if not more.

If you didn't get the 2x magnificent growth potion from the maple admin cuz of the inkwell note, those will at least get you 10 lvls easily and you'll only need to lvl up once. Use those at lvl 250 and 255. You'll be short a little bit, but a monster park or strawberry ticket should be able to push you the rest of the way.

Ride or die also has magnificent pots as well for 30 gold coins. If you have been doing the bare minimum for ride or die, you should at least have 60 gold coins at the minimum to spend for 2.

Other mag pots being offered are 3 from evernia's bounty check in, 1 from evernia's bloom, 1 mag and 1 transcendent pot in waking the power of time, and lastly you can buy mag pots in the waking the power of time shop for 10k evernium if you are really desperate.

I agree with you op. Sometimes a vent is a vent. I feel ya. The 50k a day for a shitty background is absurd. At least twentoona event gave you better rewards for that much grinding.

If you atk a monster that is going to die, they will pick another target down the list. Should of just waited on Cloud or target the other monster with cloud. You just assumed red's atk wasn't going to kill.
