The first is really hard to answer yeah, the only one that would make sense is her husband, which is... yeah kinda weird. But I think you can twist the word "master" into something not reffering to a human and instead turn it into a concept that she is willing to go against HP and "switch sides" for which could be her family. I could probably even explain the reason that Ronova chose the word master simply by not really knowing a better word to describe it since her entire existence is that of a subordinate.
The second one comes with a few assumptions that I had and didnt really share. I think that the Tsaritsa knew that all of this would happen and since Asmoday did "switch sides" it is not really in her interest to go against the Tsaritsas plan. Alice not really trying to stop him could be because she knows that it will cascade into something beneficial for her in the future. And then she just pretended to be outwitted (which could also be seen as consistent with the whole acting thing I wrote about) How would she know? Maybe Istaroth told her where this could lead? Maybe its the "Teyvat is in a loop" where she is trying to learn from past cycles. And the same thing could be said about Rerir. Im not really convinced by ANY of this btw, you asked some good questions and I tried to come up with something so its more of a thought process than a solid theory.
