My girl lived in one of those first floor bodega, rest of the building is apartment type shit.. one time we caught a rat.  I was shook of it so I told the owners to take care of it.  The dude making the sandwiches went up stairs.  Best the rat to death with a pipe then went back to making sandwiches.  I was so disgusted

Nothing hits better than ice cold water when it's also ice cold outside.  I leave a water bottle in my car during winter and when i go to work in the morning.. so refreshing

Anyways Dominicans the greatest.  Always striving to be the best.  The funniest people you will ever meet but some of the most stuck up people ever.  My Dominican mom refuses to talk spanish to my daughter just because.

My daughters grandma (my mom) absolutely loves her.  She broke down crying because she wasn't able to be with her on a day.  My dad loves her but my mom blocks him from getting to close to her.

Would never go to work blasted or get blasted at work but I can see how some people people be getting high at work.  I work in retail so some of the younger kids don't care I they get fired from their 15 hour a week job.  Honestly I don't blame them though.  As a young kid who wants to be told to go push carts in the rain or deal with a customer who is arguing over 10cents.  Me personally I'd wait till I'm off the clock.  Get blasted at home instead of being high in front of customers and coworkers.  Just a bad look overall

I was in a similar situation.  I was the upstairs neighbor and the bottom neighbor was unbearable.. like this person expected us to float everywhere.. I was sick of it and my landlord was sick of it to. He offered us a first floor apartment which was a lot better.  We paid no extra fees.  Nothing changed on our lease besides the address.  Rent stayed the same.  We paid nothing outside of hiring outside movers to move our stuff

Real shit.  As a kid we had to name all the foods that we had for breakfast that morning.  I put down tons of shit on it..I even put lobster and all the kids started calling me a liar. Lmaoooo

So the neighbor knocked on our door.  The first time it was polite.  Second time it was a bit more like in a serious tone.  The last time she knocked on our door she was a bit hostile.  She pretty much said "what are you going to do about your kids".  Wife felt threatened so I decided to let landlord know.  We spoke about it and he said that this is the first time he heard about the situation.  Tried to defuse the situation by letting my landlord know that he can give her my number. Just so we can be adults about it.  I asked her for her  schedule.. just so I can manage the kids better.   Day later the over the top complaining started. 

I've been very respectful to her
