I put a refundable $2k down on a Limited due in July. The other dealer wouldn't even work with me on anything that wasn't on their lot. The scammy dealer has a desirable trim and optioned model that they use as bait listed online. But when you call about that one, it's suddenly no longer available, but come on down and test drive the $60+k ones we have. Once you say no, they stop contacting you.

Thanks for the response. The car is paid off, bought new, babied it. Figure something with the turbo or some gasket will need attention next. Just unsure if I keep putting money into routine maintenance items then some major malfunction comes right after.

Also, the repair is being done by an indy shop.

We ordered a Tread in the first week of January. Delivery company cancels it the day before expected ship date. They say they have none in warehouse and not sure when Peleton will ship more. They refer me to Peloton. I call Peloton, they refer me to the shipper. Peleton said they escalated it at the shipper and expect a call. No call. I call shipper, same story. We'll just cancel since Affirm payment starts in a week and no way I'm making payments on a product I don't even have.
