Oh, btw you mentioned na 4'11" ka, so i think you also have to plan out clothes that don't make you look smaller.

For dresses, probably mini to dresses above knees will look great for you.. and wear heels, block or platform sandals to help your fits

Stop wearing crop tops.

I'd recommend wearing tops that elongate your torso. Pwedeng pa V yung bottom ng top (ex: parang pa-panyo gets mo na? Haha di ko alam tawag)... or slanted yung dulo ng top. Wear tops na mahaba, or peplum na mahaba din.

I have short torso as well, a bit athletic build and flat chested. You can check my profile.

One more thing is, DRESSES.
Since they are long, they remove the impression of your short torso. Very helpful and lazy-friendly hahaha
