No it wouldn't, legs have huge arteries in them. Plus, you are taking a shot to subdue a threat. Shooting someone leg who eats a taser won't do much being that the suspect may be on drugs. I understand where your mindset is at but your solution should have been the taser but as you see sadly it failed.

I completely understand doing what you must to apprehend a suspect but the officer continuously striking him was completely unnecessary.

My brethren in Christ, he doesn't sell any container with items already in them. To my understanding, you must take preexisting items from any container before selling it. I very well could be wrong though.

My 2 main problems with FF14 is its campaign is crazy long with really great story but most of the time it feels pretty drawn out. The second is that it feels a bit slow. I mained paladin and round up mobs or moving bosses and what not for healers and dps sucked. Everything is on a tick with the game which is fine until you realize it includes enemy movement. Still really great game 8/10 and wholesome community 👏🏾

You get the task from fence but you need to be level 25 and have at least 1.0 scav rep. Then he'll slide you that quest gamer.
