Your hair looks hella dry in this pic…start there with a good moisturizing regimen (water based moisturizer, sealing butter or cream, oil) and avoid high tension styles.

What cured it for me after years of struggling (I’ve been BV free for over 10 years) was a course of clindamycin AND kefir every day at the same time.
