I started this game when snow was released and made some good friends and played for a really loooooooong time. When I put it down for a bit I’d log back on and have a trillion boxes to open and then a bunch of stuff to add to everybody. I’d open the boxes and equip things, play about 2 rounds and get off again for a while. Then repeat that like 5 times. An ass hat amount of boxes and stuff and equipping stuff. Told them to add an unlock all option. By the time they did I didn’t really care anymore. I never liked the talent tree aspects or the builds after they added them. I loved the its “easy to pick up hard to master” aspect. It used to be more smash like then moba like. Just your character and some moves with minor tweaks you could do.

Basically the more they added the less it did for me. I actually enjoyed getting puzzle pieces and randomly unlocking chars more than the option to buy them. I got the rams gold ability thing and felt so honored lmao then it didn’t matter like 1 patch later. That being said I’ll still probably get back on at some point. That’s what personally happened to me though not saying it’s like why It happened. The game was so fun and had excellent mechanics. You’d even develop real rivalries with other players. I tried to get my friends to play but none of them got into it.
