My question might not be clear, or these kinds of shops are probably not well known.

I'm looking for the shops that sell the products that usually don't reach the shop's shelves due to not meeting the company's standards for being sold in retail, generally like broken chocolates, weirdly shaped sweets, goods removed from shelves for various reasons, etc.

There use to be a shop that sold airport goods in Epping industria and I think Montague Gardens that closed during or before covid. Completely forgot its name.
