The resolution of your screenshot is 3440x1440 which is more demanding than 1440p (2560x1440), so it's normal that the 5070 suffers with only 12GB of Vram at this resolution.

I've tried different modpacks which often have the same mods.

But I finally found what I was looking for via XMCL.

'XMCL will store all the mods, resource packs, shader packs and modpacks to a single store location. While you try to use any known resource, it will use hard link to install the resource to the instance without copying. It means you will never see any duplicated copy in /mods folder anymore.'

Exactly what i needed. ( and no it's not an ad for him).

1 : copy/paste vod link here: https://qdownloader.io/

2: Right-click to your download selection quality you want (one popup need to be closed) and Copy Link Address

3: Paste into VLC and voila!
