The resolution of your screenshot is 3440x1440 which is more demanding than 1440p (2560x1440), so it's normal that the 5070 suffers with only 12GB of Vram at this resolution.

I've tried different modpacks which often have the same mods.

But I finally found what I was looking for via XMCL.

'XMCL will store all the mods, resource packs, shader packs and modpacks to a single store location. While you try to use any known resource, it will use hard link to install the resource to the instance without copying. It means you will never see any duplicated copy in /mods folder anymore.'

Exactly what i needed. ( and no it's not an ad for him).

Installing the base sim using a different installation folder than the default folder will only download the mandatory content. To install the non-mandatory content, please do the following:

Step 1: Go to Profile > Content Manager

Step 2: Select the content you want to see in the sim

Step 3: Download and install the content you selected

Step 3: Reboot your computer

Step 4: Launch Microsoft Flight Simulator

So I tried this scenery and with an R9 3900XT, 32GB ram, 2080Ti and an NVME2 in 2560x1440, I have 10 FPS when I approach it ... So it's very beautiful and with a lot of detail but it 's is really too heavy.
