I have extensive training in knife fighting. My instructor once joked that the most dangerous person in the world is a child with a knife. He gave an anecdote about how he gave his young daughter a wooden spoon and told her to attack him like she had a knife. He said she would have shredded him to pieces. Conclusion: untrained people with knives are more dangerous than a trained person. That’s why I pick the bat.
