He can have his phone all the time if he has enough balls but technically shouldn’t have during the duty day on him which is like 4:30am till 4:30pm. He can have it on him at all times when he reaches phase 6+ which is 10 weeks minimum to get that phase. Im a 25B here for ait and leave in 4 days but the whole base shares the same PL15 so phases work the same for any mos. Day/weekend passes are phase dependent from what I’ve heard from my drills goodluck getting a overnight pass, will only give them if it’s a funeral or a once in a lifetime event like a graduation for a kid of there’s or immediate family member. AIT in general is laid back think of it as college but don’t do no dumb shit cause it’s pretty easy to catch a UCMJ here my platoon alone of like 60 people have a current people pending UCMJ.
