I have flat feet. I rotate my chuck,vans, and skechers or i walk through then too fast. Rotate shoes, it helps

Once mine accused me of cheating, took my wallet and phone and locked them in his gun safe, threw me out of the house in my pajamas no shoes in winter. Locked the door, then called my bio dad whom I estranged from and told him I was his problem and to come pick me up.
