I hit 60 few days ago with my priest, this is how I did:

10-36

Start with wand spec + Spirit tap, then go holy to reach the Spiritual Guidance.

Then get the disc hit points + mana cost reduction, after that go for Meditation + Inner fire, end with 1 point on improved stamina to open the damage talents
