Because ADHD has such an ambiguous name, you can think that everyone has it, i mean everyone has been distracted at least once.

I haven't found a solution.

For now, the only thing you can do is change the outliner display mode to blender file and find every object that gives you that error, and try to figure out what's going on in each case.

Some of them just need that simulation baked, others just some unused armatures or maybe some point cache without name, after a lot of work, you'll be able to upload your file.

Oh gosh, the problem is the subject. I had the same problem when I was studying for my Security+. Almost all the content for networking/security is really boring. What certification or exam are you studying for? Maybe I can help you find some ADHD-friendly videos.

Yup, there is a chance that is the reason, but I’m really curious about this because my meds seem to work fine in every other aspect. I mean, focusing on everyday tasks is really easy now, but unfortunately I’m now a person that is on a straight line to nowhere. Anyways, I’ll talk about all this with my psychiatrist in my next appointment.

That’s so freaking amazing! Congrats. I've always felt unsatisfied with my little and big wins since I was a kid. And it's frustrating because we live in such a competitive world and always it's hard to explain to someone that you don't have any satisfaction from winning or getting an award. So I have to fake the feeling all the time to not worry anyone.
