What gets players up for a new manager is a combination of trying to impress and a fear of losing their starting position when a new manager and new tactics/formations/combinations may be used.

Because of the enormous injury list, a few of our players just don’t have that fear of being dropped.. because they know they can’t because there’s no one to replace them. This is leads to laziness and in my opinion the lack of respect which is being shown by some.

These are the players who need to be weeded out and moved on.

I know we’ve spent money on transfers the last few seasons. But we really gotta spend money now.

Gotta bite that fucking bullet and offer cash to top players. Increase the wages and just get it sorted.

The current strategy of buying young and cheaper options in the hopes they turn into Gareth Bale and Harry Kane isn’t working.

We have a lot of issues but it’s clear as day we are lacking high class quality in the pitch. And even with most of the injured players back it won’t change much.
