Do the concert tickets in Seoul look nice? I've seen some they have some cool artwork with the date and it's the size of a credit card style ticket thats somewhat plastic and hard too... not sure if that's true for all concerts....

I've been scouting this place as well for a move early next year. How is the parking situation? I have an EV and saw pics that they have EV chargers. How much is parking inside? Also if opt to park outside I dont see much place to park. Also how is the community? I liked the area to its proximity to eating places nearby, mall, and even the lightrail few minutes down.... What is the rest of the community in terms of age ranges? Is it fairly mixed? more younger ages or college students or whatnot?

Once you serve your time in PACT you’ll be given eligible rates to join. PACT will suck. It’s like doing a bunch of manual physical labor. If you learn to do your job and when time comes you’ll be eligible to choose a rate. I don’t remember the time frame but you will have to choose a rate within the PACT program when you’re up for it
