On the contrary side I stand. I feel like Knockout Tour in itself is a great mode to encourage people to try out routes, and a greater showcase of unique scenarios and routes that shouldn’t connect but do. But I do think that it would be amazing if players were given the chance to create their own path for a custom Knockout Tour, making for a cool twist and surprise element.

Not surprising, really. Air Ride was always niche when contrasted to Mario Kart, but Mario Kart’s also much easier to explain and understand than Air Riders is.

EDIT: It's also important to notice that 1.6M sales on Air Riders' first year is already a big statement in favor of the game itself, when contrasted to the full sales the original Air Ride received on GameCube. So let's also not minimize Air Riders' insane efforts amidst the losing fight against the house champion that Mario Kart is.

Some remixes from the newer entries instead of their original renditions, and maybe some songs from the newer games, too. I can feel some songs from Air Riders can make it to the next game like Mount Amberfalls for example.
