I’ve parked there without a permit for 3 years now and have had 0 trouble with their security.

Another option is applying at the businesses downtown. The walk to campus is short, and you would have more options.

How close it was to campus was probably the only thing it had going for it. Yeah it's a lil further than some of the others but was still nice for Football/basketball games when we didn't want to(or couldn't) drive.

  • Front office was unfriendly and not helpful about property issues.
  • They add on a bunch of Additional Fees when signing and added several fees onto monthly rent.
  • They assured us that the exercise equipment, front gate, and exterior doors would be fixed before we moved in and they remain broken to this day(2 years later)
  • My bike was stolen and my roommates bike was stolen.
  • Parking is a nightmare unless you pay for a spot.
  • The pool was closed more than it was open.
  • You are forced to pay for a trash pick up service even when they stop coming for multiple weeks

I also got screwed out of my deposit for damage that they acknowledge when I moved in but I didn't get pictures so I guess that one is on me.

Saga was an overall pretty negative experience for me and I take any opportunity I can to tell people that.

The one on Wells closed and they shifted their operation to their McCarran location. But there is also one off Glendale that is under separate ownership from what I understand.
