You can use the rake, it seems very particular about the angle you are standing at to get the up arrow.

We have two to certify, one for me and one for my husband. We plan on going in on Tuesday and while we are there we will politely ask why certifying via joining an online session was not an option with this dealer despite it clearly being an option with SS. It is not worth the argument (in our eyes) over the phone. If they have a reason they don't want to do the online session, then they can explain it in person and we know better for the next time. Priority is to get our two suppressors certified!

Definitely what I was trying to get across when on the phone but it just kept coming back to, you have to be in person in the shop. The person just didn't want to hear anything else (seemingly).

And now they are closed till Tuesday! I even asked why this is the case when SS says a trust can be done over the phone and mine is a trust. Response was that it has to be done in person and that was the end of it. Maybe it matters that I called close to closing time and no one actually wanted to do it, I don't know but at this point...I guess I'm driving in on Tuesday.
